Ed Beck . . . former mayor of Fraser, Michigan; owner/proprietor of Eastland Bowling Center from 1958-1988; owner/proprietor of Hickory Hollow Golf Club from 1976 until his passing 1998 when wife Marion, along with daughter Sharon and her husband, Richard Turgeon, opened Ed’s Eatery Restaurant, located in Hickory Hollow in loving memory of Ed Beck.

Mrs. Beck and the Turgeons purchased Golden Hawk Golf Club Restaurant and Banquet Center on December 10th 2004.
